Your host during your visit will be our friendly distillery and tasting room manager, Nyasha Kaserera. She and her team will look after you during your tastings, lunch or private event! The kitchen at De Vry Distillery is managed by our head chef Ruze Lubbe. Together with owner and chef, Pasch du Plooy, they have created a menu unique to our location.

The dining experience at De Vry Distillery is relaxed contemporary farm cuisine. The menu layout gives you the option to enjoy your meal as snacks, sharing style or 3 courses.

The menu at De Vry Distillery will always reflect our location and support sustainable produce. In line with Chef Pasch du Plooy's signature style, the menu will predominantly be focused on meat, but always have vegetarian and light options available.
